Delivered a contemporary rebrand for The Point of Loyalty, introducing a bold purple to convey trust and loyalty while retaining elements of the existing identity. The refreshed brand features a heart-shaped brandmark symbolising the three stages of the customer journey, paired with rounded typography for a clean, approachable feel. The identity was rolled out across digital and print applications, supported by a comprehensive style guide, and received outstanding client feedback.
